Sap House on the Forge View Farm
SAP HOUSE

with Orson Haynes and the photographer's son, Dick Sanford, March 29,1953

Believe this sap house was a later building on the John Haynes farm - Now Forge View Farm at Haynes Hollow, Dry Brook, Hardenburgh, Ulster County. The John Haynes Farm was taken over by Orson (known as Pete) Haynes and his wife, Nina Kittle, in the 1920's.
