Delaware County NY Genealogy and History Site

Following are some pages from the Family Bible (1854) of my GG Grandfather - Floyd B WARREN who was born on Rose's Brook Rd. in Stamford. He died in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster Co., NY. Not sure when he and family moved but they are listed in Stamford in the 1850 census, along with his parents and brother.

The people listed were all born on Roses' Brook Road on Farm to left of Church (now house). #1 Floyd Warren is listed as LLoyd Warren in the 1850 US census. His mother is lister as Doreas when she was Dorcas. Mary Seymour was called Polly by the family (I have a late photo of her if a copy that is of interest. #2 the 1st Mary Warren is actually Mary (Polly) Seymour. #6 Christia Warren is buried in the Roses' Brook Cementary. #7 this Jesse Warren is the Grandson of the Jesse in the same Cementary. #9 This is Mary (Polly) Seymour who died in the town of Lloyd, Ulster Co., NY. As well as her husband - Floyd B. Which is where #10 their son Omer Warren died. #11 is just a pic of the Bible's title page. --John D Freer, 27 May 2005
