Delaware County NY Genealogy and History Site

This cemetery is on the Yeomans farm on the south side of thte Delaware River between East Delhi NY and the foot of the mountain road from Bloomville to Bovina Center N Y. The stones were copied April 1918 for David F. Hoy, Ithaca, N. Y.

YEOMANS, William                     died 17 Oct 1857         aged 81 yrs 5 mos 5 days

YEOMANS, Hannah                      died 22 Dec 1847         aged 67 yrs 10 mos 2 days

Further Information 29 October 2018:
Birth and death dates for Francis Yeomans are: May 10, 1727 to March 15, 1819. Also, he was a Revolutionary War soldier, before he moved to Delaware County from Dutchess County. Born in England. --Gabrielle Pierce, Delaware County/Delhi Village Historian
