Looking through old postcards of Masonville, I found this top photo of the old hotel that used to be on the 4-corners of Routes 8 and 206. It was torn down and replaced by a Texaco Station by Ken Wade. But before the gas station, the hotel was owned by Genevieve and Richard Sholes (Ken Wade's mother and step-father.) Richard Sholes was a barber and had a shop in the lower level of the hotel.
