Mother was Florence (Shaffer) Keel and her parents were
William & Bertha (Armstrong) Shaffer of Hancock, NY.

I also have my mother's (grade 3) 'First Supervisory District Delaware County' 'YEARLY REPORT AND RECORD CARD' signed by the teacher 'Helen Crawford of Kelsey, NY' It is dated January 23, 1918, Town of Tompkins, District 24 I don't know if the Crawford girls are connected to this teacher. Do you know of the girls or Helen?
